Tascam 32 Headphone Amp Replacement

The problem

 The stock Tascam 32 uses a TA7230P to drive the headphones. This monolithic
IC power amplifier was not intended to drive sensitive headphones. This results
in a significant hiss regardless of the headphone volume level setting.

 Often this level of hiss is not objectionable but for critical monitoring
this level of hiss is objectionable.
